



Victoria Campe is the co-founder, and executive director for Challenge KADS (CKADS). A Nevada State non-profit 501c3 organization, founded in 2004.
Victoria began Martial Art training at the age of 17, while living in Oceanside, California. She studied for a brief time in the art of Tang Soo Do.
After relocating to Las Vegas in 1986, she found herself bitten by the bug in 1992, in the art of Tae Kwon Do. Today she is a 4th degree Black Belt.
She has 2 daughters and a son all trained in TKD, which are Black Belts. Her 9 yr. old daughter is a Blue Belt. She trained from 1992 to 2007 with Grandmaster D.S. Kim of Kim’s World Taekwondo. She is a certified NV. State Referee & Tournament Judge
Biography
Victoria was ordained in 2001, and works in Ministry. She founded Messages of Faith Ministry, a 501c3 non-profit in July 2001. She developed the MOFM Chaplaincy training to certify basic volunteer chaplains and prayer warriors. She is also an author of Christian books, which sells through the ministry, and can also be found online at Amazon books.
In 1995 Victoria introduced Fashion Design education and training to Las Vegas. She founded the Nevada Association of Fashion Design better known in these parts as NAFD. She developed a 200 hr. program in fashion and design training and contracted in conjunction with, Community College of Southern Nevada. Two years later in 1997 the program was picked up by UNLV division of Educational Outreach, and the program grew from a 200 hr. program to a 232 hr. training program which runs Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.
A Member of the S. NV. Mental Health Coalition, since, 2001.
She was also a member on its subcommittees of,
Jail Aftercare Program, Mental Health Court, and CIT.
She is a 2007 graduate from LVMPD's CIT program. (crisis intervention training).
A representative of Challenge KADS, and member of the S. NV. Gang Taskforce, since 2006.
She completed her Taskforce training and Parents Handbook training in 2006-2007.
In February of 2009 she was nominated and accepted the role as one of the Gang Taskforce's Prevention Co-Chairs, under officer Jerry Simon, Gang Specialist, Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services.
